About The Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer excited to build the infrastructure and product experience behind the next generation of financial intelligence. This is a true 0 to 1 systems challenge ranging the entire tech stack: from backend architectures and integrations to polished interfaces and intelligent AI agents.
You’ll work directly with the founders to shape EAGL’s technical direction, design core systems, and ship the features our customers rely on. Expect to build fault-tolerant data pipelines across complex ERP environments, architect scalable multi-tenant systems, and enable AI-driven workflows that turn financial complexity into clarity.
What You'll Do
Create intuitive, high-quality React UIs that make complex financial data easy to understand and act on.
Build the core data and backend systems that power EAGL’s financial intelligence layer, including integrations and high-performance ingestion pipelines.
Develop and iterate on AI agents using LLMs and planning frameworks to automate challenging financial workflows.
Ship end-to-end features with product and AI engineers, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability as we grow.
Shape engineering standards, architecture, and product direction from day one.
What You'll Bring
Experience building and scaling backend systems in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages
Experience building front-ends with React
Experience with infrastructure (AWS/GCP/..), databases (Postgres, Valkey, Clickhouse), and modern CI/CD pipelines
Bonus: UX/UI/design best practices. Familiarity with AWS, Temporal, LangChain, or financial/ERP integrations
